Please note that your KVM VPS requires an OS install before you will be able to use ssh or other services. To install your OS you can login to your client area and use VNC to install from the mounted iso that you selected during checkout. Please see our How To Knowledgebase article on how to install your OS.

You may also use the full solusvm control panel located below:

https://cp.whattheserver.me/

Login info for the full solusvm control panel was included in your vps server email.

Alternatively if you would like us to perform the OS install file a support ticket and let us know the following: OS and version, hostname, and root pass you desire. Please ensure you choose an OS that your VPS can handle there are minimum ram requirements for specific OS versions see the KVM install knowledgbase article for more info.

In event of this happening and you have already installed the OS login to solusvm control panel and vnc into OS. Once inside try "iptables -F" to flush any iptables/firewall rules and then try to ssh in. In event this does not work please file a support ticket and we will look into it for you.
