To get your vps upgraded just file a support ticket we will invoice you and then after payment confirmation upgrade and reboot your server.
Please note we can only add more hdd space so keep that in mind you will not be able to downgrade the hdd once you upgrade. Also note due to how kvm works you will need to re-install the OS typically or re-partition and extend the LVM volumes with the gparted iso mounted(advanced users).
